A metal-like, beige polyurethane board filled with aluminum, with a density of about 100 lb/ft3. 1600 kg per cubic meter, it is dimensional stability, and demonstrated excellent cutting performance. MB-1600 mold plate will significantly save blank aluminum mold material. This kind of polyurethane plate can replace metal processing.
