Medium density 1.0 High temperatue 800 Polyurethane Board For Blibox Sand Core Die
In our range of polyurethane boards we have a high temperature resistant product with a low density of 700 to 1000 kg/m3. This product is known for its machinability, finish and durability in the manufacture of high quality molds and model boards, especially in high temperature resistant environments
In addition to being resistant to high temperatures, this high temperature resistant material is dimensional stable and does not deform at temperatures up to 200 degrees. It can help engineers, model makers, mechanical designers and prototype developers meet the requirements of aeronautical, vacuum modeling and sand core box molds and high temperature resistant molds
Designed for tool use up to 250C is ideal for building master models, and other heat-resistant tools. This low density has a very low coefficient of thermal expansion to produce excellent accuracy and dimensional stability.
