High density compressive strength Olive green Polyurethane Board For CNC Processing
LH-1404 Polyurethane Mold Plate is a market leading, high temperature, medium density synthetic polyurethane die plate designed for the manufacture of accurate and stable models and molds.
LH1404 is suitable for up to 120°C and can be directly used for parts manufacturing. It has excellent dimensional stability and maintains shape at high temperatures.
The LH1404 offers a consistent high quality surface finish and predictable, accurate performance.
In the rapidly growing composite materials industry, polyurethane tool boards are also increasingly used in CNC machining molds, CNC equipment can produce high precision molds. Moulds made of polyurethane tool boards remain accurate in size after many years of storage. WB-1404 polyurethane board is dust-free, with high processing finish and excellent smoothness. After processing, it does not shrink and is not affected by moisture. In recent years, in order to improve economic benefits, medium density polyurethane board has become a trend. Density ranges from 1.0 to 1.4g/cm3 are popular. This board is CNC machinated to form a very dense, very durable, high-temperature tool surface that can withstand vacuum and countless times of pull.
LH-Tool ® Tool Building Templates (MB) are useful in many applications, including schemas, master models, and presentation models. These are our most popular boards, offering an attractive balance of medium strength, density, machining speed and cost. Compared with other plates of the same density, their cell structure is exceptionally fine, which gives them a superior surface. The board is resistant to attack by type agents and can be easily bonded to various adhesives. LH-Tool® tool-built templates exhibit exceptional consistency and excellent dimensional stability.
