Low density brown color polyurethane board 770KG/M3, instead of wood mould processing
In order to meet the needs of a variety of tool applications, we provide epoxy tool blocks and boards showing a range of physical properties and performance characteristics, including:
CNC can be high speed steel and carbide tool processing
Excellent dimensional stability to prevent tool deformation during high pressure forming/manufacturing
Extraordinary smooth surface finish, almost eliminating the need for hand polishing tools
Low density
Good compressive strength
